This team has already earned trust with demanding organizations across media, gaming, fintech, and commerce. The relevant pattern is consistent: embed with the adopting team, understand the primitive, build the missing path, and use production feedback to make the platform stronger.
The role is to stay close to research, infrastructure, product, and early users. The team would turn raw capabilities into usable APIs, tools, examples, operating guidance, and feedback loops that make adoption easier for TBD and Superintelligence Lab.
Full-stack engineers with depth in distributed systems, performance characterization, caching, networking, observability, and production operations. Useful for finding bottlenecks, hardening interfaces, and making early primitives dependable enough for broader use.
The team would work directly with product, infra, and adopting teams. The focus is practical: debug the integration, fill gaps, document working patterns, and earn the right to support more critical workflows.
The team is used to turning ambiguous requirements into concrete artifacts quickly: interfaces, operators, SDKs, control planes, benchmarks, runbooks, demos, and launch-ready workflows.
